Build your streak.
Every day with an activity — meal, workout, or weigh-in — counts. The visual streak evolves with you: orange the first 6 days, red up to 29, blue from 30, diamond after 100, gold after 365.
If you miss a day, a shield is automatically consumed. You get 1 per month on Free, 2 on Standard, 5 on Pro. No reset for a trip or a flu.
At the 7, 30, 100 and 365-day milestones, a full-screen celebration opens. A share card for your Instagram Story is generated. At 6pm local, a discreet reminder if nothing has been logged.

You add your friends via a unique code ZYM-XXXXXX, shared by DM or QR. The global leaderboard shows the top 100 worldwide — and a separate friends leaderboard for healthy rivalry.
Challenges come in friendly (zero pressure) or ranked (+20 XP won, -10 XP lost). Four anti-farm layers block abuse: 5 challenges max per day, 1 per pair of friends, 3 XP wins per day, session authenticity check.
Eight ELO ranks follow you — Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Titan, Legend. The activity feed shows your friends' workouts: you drop a kudo, they see it.
